Danni Dixon is an experienced all-rounder marketer. She is a consulting chief marketing officer within the financial and property industry as well as a regular contributor to the marketing industry. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise, strategic and creative, entrepreneurial and innovative skills to whatever she does. She was recently Head of Marketing South Africa for Investec Bank for a few years and before that she owned her own award-winning agencies as well as led one of the biggest global agencies on the continent, TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris.
Ziaad Suleman is a Director and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for IBM Southern Africa. He joined IBM 11 years ago and has been integral to the growth and development of the IBM Business in the region. In his role as COO, Ziaad is responsible together with the Country General Manager for overall Business Operations. Amongst other focus areas, Ziaad is responsible for Strategy; Transformation; Operations; Special Projects and Investments (including Ecosystem Development, the establishment of a Local Delivery Centre & Digital Lab, and aligning IBM’s Business with IBM’s investments). Ziaad serves on the IBM South Africa Board of Directors, EXCO as well as important governing councils such as being the Chairperson of the Social & Ethics Committee and Disciplinary Board. Prior to his role as COO, Ziaad was the Head Lawyer for IBM in Sub Saharan Africa - a territory which is challenging, both in geography and complexity. Over and above IBM, Ziaad represents South Africa as the SA Chair of 4IR on BRICS, Member of the ICT 4IR Public Private Growth Initiative (PPGI) Business Advisory Group to the President & Lead of the PPGI Digital Skills Portfolio, Non – Executive Chairperson of Qode, Member of FNB Islamic Advisory Council, Non – Executive Director of Charities Aid Foundation Southern Africa and Chairperson of Parktown Girls Governing Body. Ziaad schooled at St. Johns College, Johannesburg and earned both his undergraduate and postgraduate honours degrees in Law with distinction from University of Natal. He also obtained an MDP Business Management degree with distinction from GIBS Business School.

Kelvin specialises in advocacy, campaigns, fundraising, lobbying, programme design and implementation. Kelvin is the co-founder of KhulumaSA, Advisors / Independent Consultants / Programme Managers to Corporate Social Investment and Not for Profit Sectors. Kelvin is a previous President of The Southern Africa Institute of Fundraising, member of the Institute of Directors, has held a number of Executive and Non-Executive Directorships and Ambassador for The International Fundraising Congress.
A seasoned board member and c-suite professional, Jo has experience spanning start-ups to listed corporates; having operated locally, regionally and globally. She is the Group CFO of iOCO, sits on the 30% CSA SteerCo and Sanari Capital Advisory Board. Prior to this, she was the Group a CFO at Bowmans. an Executive Director and Group CFO for Telesure Investment Holdings, Africa CFO for Standard Chartered Bank, Executive Director and CFO for Ubank Ltd and Head of Finance for Barclays Africa, Middle East and Indian Ocean. Jo is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA) and ACCA), a Professional Banker of the Institute of Bankers in SA (PBSA) and a member of the IOD with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Wales and completed an executive development programme with the University of Oxford - Said Business School.. She is highly principled and passionate about empowering people and philanthropy.
Luyanda has experience in financial management; debt and equity funding structuring for entities ranging from small businesses to distressed blue chip listed entities; and related due diligence. His passion is in development of the South African economy; his career has been in finance for the manufacturing industry for this reason. Luyanda is a founding partner and heads up the Corporate Finance function of Auctus Strategy Partners (Pty) Ltd, a company which provides strategy consulting services. Luyanda has worked for KPMG, Standard Bank, The Industrial Development Corporation and ABSA capital prior to venturing into entrepreneurship. Luyanda has held non-executive directorships at Cape Gate Marepha (Pty) Ltd and of Charities Aid Foundation South Africa (CAFSA) since 2016.
Kgomotso is a lecturer at the University of Johannesburg and CEO and Director of Business Development of SpreadLuv Movement, a non-profit organisation focused on providing effective career guidance to learners at under-resourced schools in my province of Gauteng. She has worked as a legal researcher for former Justice Kate O’Regan, current Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng and the late former Chief Justice Arthur Chaskalson of the Constitutional Court of South Africa. She is a fellow of both Brightest Young Minds and the Aspen Institute’s African Leadership Initiative. She is also the 2014 recipient of the Inyathelo Youth in Philanthropy Award in addition to being named one of Mail and Guardian's Top 200 Young People to Watch in 2015. Kgomotso holds a diploma in Social Entrepreneurship from the Gordon Institute of Business Science and practiced at Cheadle Thompson Haysom Inc in Johannesburg for 4 years. She has been the head of SpreadLuv for 8 years. Kgomotso holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Law, a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Masters in Law degree (Intellectual Property and Media Laws) all from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is a member of the Charities Aid South Africa Board of Directors and is the chair of its Governance Committee and is a qualified commissioner of the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration and is reading towards her PhD in Labour Law at the University of the Western Cape.
Joanne is a seasoned marketing executive focused on integrated communications and driving teams towards clear outcomes. Currently the Head of Marketing for Coverage and RMB Corvest at Rand Merchant Bank, where she leads the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies. She is passionate about people and has managed and driven large teams. She also believes in the importance of businesses being responsible corporate citizens and working towards the betterment of South Africa as a whole, driving the philosophy of good business, better world. Prior Marketing experience includes Accenture, Standard Bank, Investec and FCB. Joanne holds a PDM from WITS Business school and a BA Social Science from UKZN.
After an 18-year career in various senior and executive management positions in FNB, Liné together with other co-founders, established the entity that would create and licence Bank Zero. During August 2018 the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) issued Bank Zero with a mutual banking license. Liné is an experienced business leader with a successful track record of turning around and growing large existing businesses as well as establishing startup businesses. She has extensive experience in executive management, banking and finance, with a passion for innovation and challenging the norm, believing there must be a better way. Liné passed the SAICA QE on the first attempt, and she completed her articles with PwC. Outside work Liné is a keen adventurous traveller, scuba diver and dog mother.
