With climate-related disasters happening more frequently across the globe, and South Africa recently grappling with devastation caused by floods, fires and drought, South Africans have first-hand experience of giving, either money, donations and/or time, in terms of volunteering in response to these disasters. This research from Charities Aid Foundation in the UK unpacks how emergency appeals impact charitable giving.
